the food was just amazin! had the steak and ale pie and it was so good. the staff really made us feel at home too. breakfast was perf with the poached eggs and avocado. the place had a nice homely vibe.
the only downside was the heater in the room was super hot and the bathroom could use some shelves for toiletries.

Charming room but service was quite slow and messy with dinner orders.

The garden offers an amazing setting, perfect for those who appreciate nature, and the food was exceptional, particularly the homemade jams. the rooms were small with limited amenities, and I found the service slow, especially during busy hours. Dining could also improve as some items on the menu felt underwhelming for the price.

It was just an appropriate option for a swift stopover in Burstow with great value-to-price ratio. Gareth, the manager, was welcoming and even let us stay a couple of extra hours in our room before check out. Make sure to enjoy the fresh coffee from the cafetière provided.

The Deluxe Double Room was really nice and spacious. The bed was super comfy, which is always a plus. The decor felt fresh and cozy, making it a nice spot to unwind. there was a bit of a damp smell in the room that was kind of off-putting. the space itself was good, but that smell definitely took away from the experience a bit.

location to airport parking, generous hospitality tray, pig-themed decor
The bathroom was unacceptable with a broken toilet seat and no toilet brush!!! The noise level was ridiculous with poorly soundproofed corridors!!! The lighting was dismal, making the rooms feel darker than they should be!!!
